My "old" Harbor Freight welder, a Chicago Electric 90 amp, has a bulky copper nozzle that makes visibility and access a bit tougher than needed. While doing some research, I found that this is a nozzle that can accomodate gas, which is not needed due to this being a flux-core welder.
There are flux-core specific nozzles available from Lincoln Electric (part number KH726
) that will fit this welder
perfectly, and make it much easier to use. If you have a Home Depot nearby, you can find these for around $8 each.
